EXCELLENT SERVICE
We have had policies through this agency for over 20 years for our home, personal, life and also commercial insurance. Todd, Joe, Sandy and Cheryl have all been great when we’ve had claims, purchased new vehicles and properties or needed to adjust any of our policies. Always a quick response to handle any questions or matters and then a follow up to make sure that everything is taken care of and we are pleased. We couldn’t be happier with this agency.

I’ve talked with a lot of insurance agents in the past 20 years, but Sandy tops them all. Beyond professional – she is smart, knows the rules, and the laws and does everything possible to get you the best coverage. | I wanted to take a minute and let you know how impressed I am with Alan King and Todd Good.
Very recently, I have had my first experience with a claim. Todd initially took care of things, and then Alan drove to Indiana from Brookville immediately to talk to me and see the problem this afternoon. I have all my insurances with Nationwide and am very grateful for how quickly these two responded, and how professional they have been. I am sure you hear when someone is not happy with an agent or adjuster, so I felt it important to pass on some positive information. Nationwide should be proud to have these two on their side. I have dealt with Stephanie with all of my insurance needs for many years. Shes very well knowledged and can always answer my questions. Shes always positive and willing to help me. This agency has become like family to me.

I recently assisted by brother in reviewing his retirement account and making some decisions on the account. We worked with both Lisa Dodson and Stephanie Patterson. Both ladies were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in what can sometimes be a confusing subject. It was a pleasure to find people who still believe in delivering great customer service!
