I’ve talked with a lot of insurance agents in the past 20 years, but Sandy tops them all. Beyond professional – she is smart, knows the rules, and the laws and does everything possible to get you the best coverage. She doesn’t quit – I must have contacted her 20 times on 37 different questions – and she always as pleasant as the first time. Good Lady, Good insurance. THANKS SANDY!

| I wanted to take a minute and let you know how impressed I am with Alan King and Todd Good.
Very recently, I have had my first experience with a claim. Todd initially took care of things, and then Alan drove to Indiana from Brookville immediately to talk to me and see the problem this afternoon. I have all my insurances with Nationwide and am very grateful for how quickly these two responded, and how professional they have been. I am sure you hear when someone is not happy with an agent or adjuster, so I felt it important to pass on some positive information. Nationwide should be proud to have these two on their side. I have dealt with Stephanie with all of my insurance needs for many years. Shes very well knowledged and can always answer my questions. Shes always positive and willing to help me. This agency has become like family to me.

I recently assisted by brother in reviewing his retirement account and making some decisions on the account. We worked with both Lisa Dodson and Stephanie Patterson. Both ladies were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in what can sometimes be a confusing subject. It was a pleasure to find people who still believe in delivering great customer service!

i was very pleased with switching of insurances from the companies i had them with, the coverage was greater and lesser expensive.

Sandy has been one of the most helpful and more efficient agents I’ve ever met! You just don’t find workers like her hardly ever, she is one in a million, always goes above and beyond and makes sure things are done on time and are correct!
