| I just wanted to take a minute and thank Sandy Lefdahl for being an amazing agent. She has always gone above and beyond with anything we have asked of her. A few months ago my husband wrecked his truck when he was working out of town, he called Sandy to find out what to do about everything, she helped him get ahold of the appropriate parties and spent a lot of time AFTER hours making calls and checking on him to make sure he was ok and making sure everything was being taken care of the way it should be. Most agents will tell you tell you there is nothing that can be done till morning, but Sandy spent her personal time taking care of things for us, to me that is remarkable service and because of her and the rest of the nationwide team we will continue to keep all of our insurance needs with Good and Associates. |

this was a service that I didnt even know existed. But was presented to me by my agent who keeps me aware of offers that will benefit my well being. Identity theft is a concern that has been more prominent in our society and especially for retired the population. Iam grateful for his concern. Thank you.

Checking on a way to save some money
I called Ginny to ask some questions about dropping something. She quoted me the savings and that was what I needed. A few days later I received an email from her giving me some great additional info that would save us even more money. My husband and I were so impressed with Ginny and all her work above and beyond what was asked of her. She is one great asset to your Nationwide team!!

SERVICE ON THE SPOT
Our family has been with Good and Associates for about 20 years. Their knowledge and customer service has been outstanding. A few months ago my oldest son bought his first truck. When we went to AAA to register his vehicle there was an issue with how the car was titled (in his name and he is a minor). Apparently the state of Pa requires the registered owner to have his/her own policy regardless of being a minor. All that to say, we called Good and Associates because we needed a policy right then and there and they were able to write a policy on the spot and send documentation. Thanks to Good and Associates my son was able to register his truck and comply with all that was required to make everything legal.

Chris Good, my Nationwide representative, gave me excellent advice and help concerning my recent divorce. It was hard to make my bills but with Chris’s help, my coverage did not suffer and I got the financial answers I needed quickly. I was quite satisfied with all the help I got. Thanks again!

NEVER DISAPPOINTED
My husband & I experienced less than average honest & professional experience from another insurance company that caused us to shop around. We are so glad that we did.
We were referred to Joe for a quote with Nationwide Insurance and haven’t looked back since. We ALWAYS, ALWAYS get more than exemplary service. In fact we have been so impressed with not only the honesty from Joe but also how professional he is, that we refer him to anyone that is looking to possibly change insurance company’s. The branch of Nationwide Insurance that he works for speaks volumes and apparantly holds high standards and it shows with any of the office personel that we encounter when either of us call that office.
We are lifers and will ALWAYS maintain a business/personal relationship with our agen Joe Scott.
